Adam V. Marshall

While earning a bachelor’s degree in international political economy from Carthage College, Adam became interested in pursuing a legal career and went on to earn a law degree from Marquette University. Before joining Town Counsel Law & Litigation, he worked as an attorney for a general practice firm in Medford, Wisconsin, where he handled a wide array of cases including the litigation of municipal citations relating to permits, licensing and zoning, as well as a governmental immunity case before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Adam is passionate about defending the public interest and the unique issues that impact municipalities, which led him to join the firm in 2019.

Previously, Adam worked with the Milwaukee County Corporation Counsel, National Labor Relations Board, Marquette University Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, a boutique employment law firm, and a large personal injury firm in Milwaukee.

In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with family, walking with his dog Clover, playing guitar and singing, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
